Lisa has taken care of my dogs for more than two years, during vacations and for one daily visit per week. She is reliable and has always been able to meet any last minute requests.

One dog (Ricky) has had health problems over the years and Lisa has been very attentive to him when I have been on vacation, keeping me informed and taking good care of Ricky. Recently he began requiring daily subcutaneous fluid injections to treat kidney failure. Lisa spent extra time with us learning how to administer the fluids and she was able to provide excellent care for Ricky during my last vacation.

I have a 10 year old male, black lab named Ayrton. He became paralyzed because of a disc rupture in 2004. He can not walk, but he has mobility with his cart. He is absolutely my pride and joy. I have a job that requires me to work long hours. So I decided to find someone to take care of my baby in daytime.

I made arrangements with Lisa so that Ayrton could go to the bathroom. As I said, he is paralyzed and we have to express his bladder by hand. I was worried whether Lisa could handle Ayrton because of his handicap. However, she kept [a] journal of his everyday needs and schedule. She has no problems taking care of Ayrton.

This has given me confidence in Lisa and relief from worrying. I have been able to keep my job because I have a great pet sitter. Lisa is also a wonderful person. Ayrton and I have become great friends with Lisa.

To Whom it May Concern:

Lisa has been working with us for approximately a year.

We have a dog and cat. Quite frankly, our dog can be quite difficult with people and other animals. This makes vacationing or leaving the house for extended periods a nightmare.

We tried having our neighbors watch the animals, but our lovely dog bit our neighbor while pet sitting at the time, which was quite embarrassing to say the least! We are very protective of our animals.

I contacted Lisa through an ad in the Courier News Weekly and checked out her references.

Lisa has been incredible with the pets. She is always there when we need her. She has even watched the pets on short notice when we have to work late. You can tell Lisa cares about the animals. This isn't just a job for her. Often, she will bring other dogs over to socialize with our dog, which I feel is very good for him.
